About TSLC Civil Engineering

The TSLC (Technical School Leaving Certificate) in Civil Engineering is an 18-month CTEVT-certified program that prepares students for the fast-growing construction and infrastructure sector in Nepal. Graduates are trained as Sub-Overseers — the backbone of Nepal's construction projects.

At Gyandev, students gain hands-on experience in AutoCAD drafting, structural drawing, site quantity estimation, and live construction site internships. Our civil department is led by Er. Ramesh Chandra Jha — a licensed engineer and CTEVT certified assessor with 15 years of site experience.
